This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from gnanaturals.com / gnanaturals.ca does not provide refunds or returns with respect to products purchased from vendors in malls or elsewhere. In the event you purchased your GNA Naturals products from one of our vendors, you will need to contact the vendor directly regarding its return policy. Please note that GNA Naturals does not operate retail locations. Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.
gnanaturals.com / gnanaturals.ca offers a no-risk, 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply return any container with fifty percent (50%) or more of the product remaining for a full refund. Send the product along with your full contact information and order number to the following address.

We will refund your credit card minus shipping and handling charges (if any). Returns typically require 10 business days for processing once received by our warehouse. Costs to return item/s to GNA Naturals are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at info@gnanaturals.ca to notify us about the situation and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
