GNA Naturals Shipping and Delivery

FREE SHIPPING on orders $60.00 or more!
If you want tracking with your order over $60.00, there is a $10.00 fee.

Canadian and USA ORDERS are sent by Canada Post from our warehouse in Pickering, Ontario, usually within 72 hours of purchase. Both Canadian and USA customers should receive orders within 12 business days (usually within 8). During the holiday season and due to national holidays there may be additional shipping delays. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please call us at +1 (289) 644-8567. A GNA Naturals Customer Service Representative will initiate a trace to determine when your product will arrive.

We ship Internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote.  International Orders shipped outside Canada/USA will be charged a minimum flat shipping, handling and processing fee of $19.99 CAD, but all international orders are reviewed on an individual basis and may be subject to higher shipping charges. Orders being shipped outside of Canada/USA must clear a standard security check with our payment processor and in some cases will require a method of payment other than a credit card. If this is the case with your international order, you will be contacted by a representative prior to processing/shipping. Most orders outside Canada/USA are not eligible for any free shipping promotions.

Customs & Duties – International Orders, including shipments to the USA, may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee as GNA Naturals has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.

Undeliverable Orders – Please note that order shipments returned to GNA Naturals due to incomplete/incorrect postal information, failure to pay import taxes or custom duties, or refused entry by customs may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. GNA Naturals cannot process a refund if a shipment is mis-delivered or lost due to incorrect address information entered.
